2. Account Creation & Security

- Each individual is allowed only one account.

- You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- A9today is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
- A9today reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
- Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
- Verification information is stored securely in accordance with the platform's privacy policy.
- Verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be approved.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
A9today users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in their area. Users must engage with the platform honestly, responsibly, and in a manner that does not negatively affect other users' experience.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the a9today platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to manipulate, hack, or disrupt the platform's systems.
- Creating fake accounts, registering under someone else's name, or providing misleading information.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or suspicious financial activity.

4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the a9today platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods they use are their own and legally valid.
Deposits are processed via payment methods approved by the platform, including online bank transfers and local e-wallets. Processing times typically range from a few minutes to one hour, depending on the method selected.
Withdrawals are subject to account verification and may require a processing time of one to three business days. a9today reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that are suspicious or do not comply with the platform's terms.
All bonuses and promotional credits received by users are subject to specific wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly and must be fulfilled through valid betting activity in accordance with the terms set for each promotion.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
A9today is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity. The platform makes no guarantees of winnings. All game outcomes are determined by chance and a fair RNG system.
